SingleInterface, a Singapore-based SaaS company dedicated to helping offline businesses flourish online, has successfully raised $30 million in its first major funding round.
This funding aims to broaden the company’s international reach and enhance its product offerings to cater to global brands more effectively.
With nearly 67% of the global population now online, SingleInterface offers a comprehensive solution for businesses to manage their digital presence across various platforms.
Expanding Globally and Enhancing Customer Engagement
Despite the offline market’s dominance in major regions like the U.S., Asia, and Europe, businesses are increasingly turning to online strategies to draw more customers and boost revenue.
SingleInterface stands out by providing a unified platform for multi-location brands, making it simpler for them to manage online interactions, from website creation and SEO management to handling customer feedback and running localized marketing campaigns.
The company already supports over 400 brands in India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.
Tarun Sobhani, the co-founder and CEO of SingleInterface, shared with TechCrunch how their services have led to a significant revenue boost for businesses, citing a 15–20% growth.
The startup leverages AI for efficient marketing across thousands of stores, enabling personalized strategies for storefronts, enhancing customer engagement through platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook, and Google Business Messages, and providing valuable insights into store performances.
Noteworthy clients of SingleInterface include major names such as KFC, Pizza Hut, Nissan, and several large Indian conglomerates.
The company’s recent funding, led by Asia Partners and with participation from PayPal Ventures, will fuel its expansion into new markets like Southeast Asia, Australia, Japan, Korea, and the Middle East.
Founded in 2015 by Sobhani and Harish Bahl, SingleInterface was initially bootstrapped and began its customer outreach in 2017.
With a current team of 235, mostly based in India, the startup plans significant hires in the Asia-Pacific to support its growth.
Oliver Rippel, co-founder of Asia Partners, expressed enthusiasm for supporting SingleInterface’s journey, noting the company’s strong track record in enhancing customer engagement and commerce for enterprises by seamlessly integrating offline and online experiences.
